Who We Are

Spryte.dev is a young, dynamic team specializing in IT projects that genuinely support business operations and optimize their processes. We create full-stack applications and systems used daily by hundreds of users.

We are currently also expanding into modern integrations and automation, including MCP servers and AI-powered solutions, treating them as tools for real process improvement. We deliver diverse projects for our clients, accompanying them through the entire product lifecycle - from design, through development, to deployment and maintenance.

We work in a friendly atmosphere where we value openness to modern technologies, including the use of AI in daily work. Our teams are small and flexible - every member has a real impact on decision-making processes and project direction.

Junior Full Stack Developer

Open Position

We're looking for hardworking, curious people interested in building applications and developing their skills. We value work ethic, curiosity, and good soft skills - especially communication and creativity. You must have completed programming projects before (not necessarily in our tech stack).

Required:

•Good knowledge of TypeScript
•Experience with React/Next.js or Express.js/NestJS
•Ability to work with relational databases
•Proficient Git usage
•Communication skills and teamwork ability
•Availability min. 15h per week

Nice to Have:

•Experience with React Native/Expo or similar mobile frameworks
•Knowledge of CI/CD systems (Github Actions)
•Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP, Cloudflare)
•Experience with Docker and containerization
•Knowledge of OpenAPI

Responsibilities:

•Developing web and backend applications in the full project cycle
•Writing clean, maintainable code
•Creating tests to ensure quality of delivered solutions
•Active participation in project decision-making processes
•Working with databases and creating APIs
•Participating in code reviews and sharing knowledge with the team
